Messaging Policy
This Messaging Policy applies to when you provide your consent to us directly, or to a third-party who obtained your consent on our behalf, via webform, verbally, or via electronic methods, to reiterate your consent request is in writing.
General
By providing your contact information and consent, you have acknowledged, agreed, and provided your express written consent for Americor Funding, LLC (“Americor”) to deliver calls or text messages to you, including for marketing purposes regarding debt consolidation services, using an automatic telephone dialing system or automated technologies, or an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice, to the phone number you have provided, even if it is currently listed on any federal, state, local, internal or corporate Do-Not-Call (“DNC”) List.
Americor will not share your phone number with any third party, unless explicitly authorized by you. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for more information.
Marketing Calls/Texts
With your consent, Americor will contact you via the means mentioned above to market its debt consolidation services.
You understand that you do not have to consent to receive these types of calls or text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and that you may call us at 888-211-2660 to continue any conversation.
Transactional and Relationship Calls/Texts
As timely communications are critical to success in Americor programs, clients who enter into an Agreement with Americor consent to receive updates and documents relating to the Agreement and the services and programs offered by Americor via the means mentioned above. You may specify the channels through which you prefer to receive such updates, and you may contact Americor at any time to opt-out of receiving updates through specific channels.
Consent to this section is not required in order to make any future purchases of new services or offers.
Responses to Your Inquiries
When you call us to inquire about our services, we may call or text you in order to respond to your questions, as well as to assist you in completing your application, conducting consumer satisfaction surveys, and other matters related to the servicing of your existing or soon-to-be account.
Opt Out Instructions
Your consent to receive calls or texts from Americor is completely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time, by calling us at (888) 374-8778 or emailing [email protected]. Visit https://americor.com/dnc/ for more information.
In addition, to opt out of text messages, you may reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REMOVE to any text message from Americor.
Upon receipt of an opt-out request, Americor may ask you to clarify your opt-out request. For example, Americor may ask whether you desire to opt-out of only certain types of messages (e.g., marketing), or prefer not to be contacted in certain ways (e.g., prefer to receive texts, but not be called).
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your interaction with Americor. We may send messages related to customer service, updates, promotions, or other relevant information as outlined during the opt-in process. As mentioned above, you can manage your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
Message / Data Rates
Standard messaging rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Americor is not responsible for any charges incurred from SMS communication. We advise you to consult with your mobile service provider for details on SMS charges.
Liability
Americor, its service providers, and carriers are not liable for any delays, failures in delivery, or issues that arise from the use of SMS communication. The service is provided “as is,” and users acknowledge that there may be occasional interruptions due to technical issues.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile devices and ensuring that your contact information is accurate and up to date. you should notify Americor if you change your mobile number to avoid miscommunication.
